What is the reason for the delay? The change is "still pending."

  It has been over two weeks or more since I updated my email address. As far as I know I have only one account, user name litwinkot. What’s causing the delay? I am about to shut down the old email address and your site still shows that the change is awaiting approval. WTF??

  SO WHEN DOES THE CHANGE OF EMAIL ADDRESS GET APPROVED??? THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING.
