What is the refund policy if I cancel my wordpress plan.

    Currently I have hosted my site through domain provided GoDaddy and its pathetic and exhibiting poor performance. As usual there is no solution for the same. I have already paid for a year for WordPress. Please let me know if I cancel the same there would be any refund.

    Hi there,

    I checked your account and don’t see any current upgrades — your site https://indranilphotography.wordpress.com/ is using the free WordPress.com plan. Do you have a different account and site hosted here at WordPress.com?

    If your site is hosted entirely at GoDaddy, you’ll need to contact GoDaddy for more assistance with any plans you purchased through them. (Sites hosted with other hosting providers are separate from WordPress.com.)
