Looking at the domain http://webabstore.wordpress.com/ it looks like you may be looking to build an online store – is that correct? If yes, at a minimum the WordPress.com Business plan would be needed. The reason being is that this plan allows you to install WooCommerce, which adds ecommerce functionality to the site.
