OMG! Your caplocks key is stuck and people will think you are rudely SHOUTING ! into their faces so they reply to you. Please release that caplocks key.

I don’t know why you would provide your credit card information if you want a free blog and want to blog free of any charges.
WordPress.com provides free blogs and hosts them free of charge. There are no bandwidth charges. All WordPress.com blogs come with 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images. Free features are listed here https://en.wordpress.com/features/
See here for details of all 3 plans http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/ offered by WordPress.com.

Hello,
Two reasons I use caplocks, is because, typically if I want to be taken seriously, I never get a response, if I don’t use caplocks! It’s frustrating!! I don’t mean to offend but when I have dealt with some websites and asked simple questions I never get a response or they will take forever to get back to you!!
Thanks For Your Response,

We just figure that you are a rude jerk when the caps lock key is stuck – and many will not help you

Hello,
I need help with this, I see you don’t allow affiliates on a blog site but do you allow affiliates from Clickank to have a business paid site to direct people who are interested in buying products! Also, do you allow banners on a paid website within WordPress.com
Thanks for Your help,

Hello,
About your rules! I have noticed on YouTube that there are many people that think highly of WordPress! Also, when they created their Word Press websites, this particular person added banners to promote products on his personal website! I thought this was not allowed! Thanks For Your help,

Read … Advertising
While most affiliate links and sponsored posts are allowed on WordPress.com, we do not allow image ads or third-party advertising networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media. http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/Posting of some affiliate links is possible, provided the blog is an actual blog and not just a storefront. Please read > http://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate-links/ closely.
WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate-links/
Also, do you allow banners on a paid website within WordPress.com
No they are not allowed.
Here’s what gets a blog suspended:

http://en.wordpress.com/tos/No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only blogs that can be equipped for ecommerce are those with the $299. per year business upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/
The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.

There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. Please see this guide to learn about the differences.

Here’s my unsolicited advice. Everything you are on about here is indicative of the desire to monetize a blog under the presumption that doing so will be lucrative. In fact very few that hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and set up a WordPress.ORG install make much income over and above their expenses for hosting and associated costs.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Hello Timethief,
To begin with the info about blog sites was given to me via websites, as far as affiliates are concerned! Since i guess, some don’t follow the rules, which that is where i got my info from! -
Hello,
I want to know why people all over the internet are telling people to use WordPress for monetizing? They claim they are using WordPress Plugins, using the WordPress website to sell their items! I see where it says Terms And Conditions about not driving traffic, but people selling products like Clickbank tools often mention WordPress!

You are confusing (like so many others) WordPress with WordPress.COM, the hosted version of WP, which is where we are.
Reading the link that timethief gave you last month will help you understand the differences http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
