What is the unwanted info in my header?

  In the upper right corner in the header section of my post there appears this #14 (NO TITLE) What does this mean?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s a page: that line up there is your menu. To get rid of it look at the pages you have on your dashboard and either delete it or give it a title and some content.
