What is the width of MistyLook?

  I need to insert images into my blog, but I have the fixed-width theme MistyLook (which is currently suiting my purposes perfectly). How many pixels exactly is this theme?

  In MistyLook, the images should not exceed 500px in width, and if you use the caption feature, it adds a border around the image and it is best not to exceed 490px I believe. That is if my memory is good. If you want larger images to be available when the visitor clicks on them, when inserting the image just make sure that you click the “file URL” button.

  Hey, I remember just today browsing thru WordPress Tips by Panos…..

  he has a whole page of widths by themes.

  I remember because that new theme is way wider than most of the others.

  Lorna, I’m still looking at themes. Since mine is self-hosted I have a lot more choices, but the problem is, I HAVE A LOT MORE CHOICES – too many in fact, and they all start to look the same after about 20 minutes of scrolling through them.

  I might end up with twenty ten, but I’ll have to wait till wordpress 3.0 is released (won’t work right with earlier versions). That is one of the benefits of .COM, they usually upgrade this service before the full release comes out.

  I haven’t checked comments in a few days. I’ll pop over there and read yours. Thanks for stopping by.
