what is the word press IP address?

    Hi – I am getting ready to launch my blog here(actually use it as my website) and I currently host through network solutions. All they need is word presses IP address in order to have the website redirect to word press. Does anyone know the word press IP address???

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    If what you are wanting is for your blog to appear with yourdomain.com as the address, a redirect from network solutions is not going to do that. With a redirect, they will only be redirecting anyone that types yourdomain.com into their browser address bar to your blog here and what will appear for your visitors is yourblog.wordpress.com. I’m assuming that is NOT what you want.

    To have your blog here appear with yourdomain.com as the address in the address bar, you need to have the domain mapping upgrade here at wordpress.com: http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ .

    WordPress.com doesn’t have one IP address. It has many, and they change from time to time.

    I think what you mean is that you want to know what IP(s) to to set the DNS server to redirect to wordpress. Is that right? They are probably staic, but I know that right now, I did an nslookup and found
    74.200.243.254
    76.74.254.126
    72.233.2.57
