What is this called and how do I get it on my blog?

I recently wrote an article and referenced another article including the link. When I went to read his article again, my link showed up in his comments box. I think that’s awesome, but what is the technical name for that so I can add it to my blog?

I think what you are talking about is a trackback or pingback. You can read up on them here at the faq pages:

The top link explains more detail/technical info. You can also see the settings for your blog with these features on your Dashboard > Options > Discussion and look under “Usual settings for an article:” and make sure the second item is turned on if you want that feature as well when others link to you.

You already have it on your blog. You’ll see it when someone links to one of your Posts.
