  Hello

  I’ve had this appear again on my bank statement:
  INT’L 0081592111
  WPCHRG.COM
  8772733049
  USD 5.00 @ 1.5723
  Visa Rate

  It’s a tiny charge — but it has been coming out every month for a site I thought I’d killed off. Can you clarify with me why this money is not cancelled and if possible give me a refund?

  Sounds like an Akismet charge for their Anti-Spam system on an outside web site – but staff-ozmodiar should be able to help – were you using Akismet on a site?

  Yes. It referred to http://www.startdigitalpublishing.com
  We moved this site to a Squarespace platform months ago.
  I have tried to cancel through your system but because I no longer have a WordPress site it isn’t allowing me to do so

  Hi. I just received an email from “(email visible only to moderators and staff).” It advises me that I will be billed $129 CAD tomorrow for upgrade to premium.

  That makes sense to me but… That’s the only part in English. Everything else is in Indonesian. Highly suspicious. Is this spam?

  Hi @allanldcastle,

  Will you forward the email to the upgrades address provided and we’ll take a look. I do see your account is set to auto-renew tomorrow so it may just be something if off with the email we sent. If so we’d like to know about it :)

  For future reference, when you do have a question for the forums could you open a new post instead of replying to another active thread. This will help keep each thread focused on one question.
