Hi everyone,
Is this a wordpress theme?
http://stylishweb.decart-design.com/wp/If so, what is this theme, where can i get it and how much does it cost?
If not, can i build this site by adding plugins etc… to my wordpress site?

If you are talking about using it on a blog hosted here at wordpress.COM, that cannot be done. We are limited to the themes listed under appearance > themes.
If you are talking about using it on a self-hosted wordpress site hosted on a third-party web host such as godaddy or dreamhost, etc., then you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs are supported.
The theme is called “stylishweb” and you can google it.

May I suggest that you read this support documentation entry carefully so your are crystal clear on the differences between free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM liked the blog linked to your username and free software installs from wordpress.ORG for self-hosting? -
