What is what I am trying to add called?

While building my site, at a page that has the word “Posts” at the top of it, I see that is says “Introduce Yourself (Example Post)” three times in a column. How do I create a fourth? I want the forth one to be arranged the same way the other ones are, which were there when I got the site. I’m not sure if “arranged” is the right word. When I click on the “Add new post” button, I get a new post, but it isn’t arranged like the other ones are. I’m worried that if I try to make the post from scratch, it will be arranged differently than the other ones are. My site is at dancingforlocations.wordpress.com. Thank you.

Your site’s front page is using the Blog Posts block to display the most recent posts on the site.
To have it display more than three posts, edit your homepage, click on the Blog Posts block, and edit the setting controlling how many posts the block displays.

Keep in mind that this block will only display the specific number of most recent posts on the site. The archive of all published posts on your site appears on the Blog page, where they appear in a single column, with the most-recently published post always at the top.
