What is WP position on reblogging by private blog?

  Hi all.

  I have no way of determining how my post is being used as the reblogger is a private blog and they haven’t got back to me re access. It matters to me how my posts are used by rebloggers and I always check. I would like to check now and I would like to know WP’s position on the matter of reblogging by a private/inaccessible blog.
