What is wrong with my draft save?

When I try to save the current draft I am composing I keep receiving a WordPress Failure Notice. I then return to the draft and the whole layout is changed and nothing new is saved. I have to copy and paste to Word. Please help.

Cindi, Could you please tell me your process, so I can best troubleshoot this issue for you? Do you compose your posts directly into the WordPress.com post editor? Are you able to save the first draft of the post?
If you leave that draft, and click Posts → All Posts. Then click on the Post you want to edit, are you able to make a change, and then update your draft?
Do you have any trouble publishing?
If possible, send me a couple screenshots, so I can better understand the issue. I’d like to see your whole browser window BEFORE you hit Save Draft. And then an image of the error you see after you hit Save Image. You can upload the screenshots to your Media Library, like any other images, and I’ll be able to access them from there. Just let me know when there’s something I can look at.
