My site is down also How come I can call your company I want toknow how much I have spent in the past 6 months with all of your services only to find the site down and not working How can i find that out who can I call I cant type out each qurestion I have questions that will arise dending on your answers only who and where do I call

I am so upset I spent so much money in here and nothing works and I never get the help I need. I tried to pay someone to do this and I got no responses than I got like 40 responses of people trying to build my site and thats not what I wanted . Now is there no customer service here if so I would appreciate it if anyone can tell me how to stop everything I have set in motion and cancel and refund everything .. I dont understand how companies can get away with having not customer support. I mean I get the technical side but what about refunds and billing issues. Why can there be a number for that. Honestly if they would have put this on the billing page I never would hve cam here. I can only imagine how much money the took from my credit cards. Im really scared now to even look at my bill. Can anyone please help me with billing..Sorry I know im freaking ut but I have a valid reason and I really need help

OMG thank you so much Timethief Im very sorry I have some personal issues now becuase the site went down and Yes I am flipping out becuase I got a call from someone who is a sleep status and was told to take their name down becuase the site is off line and i promised this would never happen So my bad I should never promise this but now I may have lost one of my best endorsements and its just very frustrating. I know there is nothing in this for you so I do appreciate your help. I will shoot over to blue host im sorry word press nothing personal.. Time thief is a keeper very nice of them to do your job.. Time thief you should be paid for your time they charge you for everything you should send them a bill. Or in this case i would guess it should be me Thank you

im sorry look at all these very nice people helping me and im being quite a jerk. I do apologize should I host here i thought I was. I dont get it. Very confused and to be honest can’t believe I made it this far. Im going to try to host it here. If I do that do i lose everything I built do I have to do it all over or will wordpress be able to host my site and find all my files. Will I have to point my name servers again. Or is that already done. So im paying blue host I gues the name says it. It it better to host here I mean I gues the fact that my site is down kind of answers this question..

I have too much going wrong in the past week I can handle this and i know everyone has their share of problems so i should not receive anything special as far as help. Thank you I will Im okay very sorry I am good The site should be back up soon but I think I am going to move it here but must plan it right so I do not go off line. Once it’s back up I will explain my site is autismhurts.com and I will type why we went down so any members know. I help my father with the site so thank you for your help. It is something they are working on it looks Ip related not sure but hope its fixed soon. thanks again and appreciate you pulling me out of a tailspin.

Thank you TT it was my fault. I did not know but I was making some changes on the site and had my VPN turned on so I was having IP issues and its was actually a security problem that they caught so I have to say that it sounds like they were doing their job. Usually am not so panicky but i received a call and I promise everyone we will never be off line I think i was over reacting. So Appreciate your help again. I do have some anxiety issues but do not like ouse any excuses I should have controlled it but felt like i was responsible.. Actually I was. LOL thank you so much.
