What is wrong with my subscription via e-mail service?

  I have loaded JetPack and everything seems fine with one major exception – the subscription via e-mail function gives an error message when trying to subscribe. It used to work, but for some reason, it has stopped. Please help! This is an important feature for my blog! Thanks. Reg Carver.

  Which version of Jetpack are you running?
