what is XLS sheet?!!!

I’M not able to write comments in other blogs and it’s the same when I come to respond in mine. I’ve made some research and it said to take the XLS sheet. What is that? Where I can find that?

Let’s start at the beginning. Unfortunately your wordpress.com username is not linked to a wordpress.com blog.
Do you have a wordpress.com hosted blog?
Or do you have software downloaded from wordpress.org? -

So, I do think I have o wordpress.com hosted blog… I truly want to know what’s the problem

The url for your blog does not contain “www” at all. This is the url http://sindla.wordpress.com/ and yes it is a wordpress.com hosted blog. You need to contact staff http://wordpress.com/contact-support/

It is possible that for some reason your comments are getting marked as Spam. Go to your Akismet Spam file (under Comments) and search for your username. Then, un-spam any comments of yours that turn up. Don’t comment on any other blogs until you see your own comments on your own blog working just fine. Until they do, keep going to Spam and un-spamming them. Akismet takes a couple of days to learn, but once it does you should be safe.
