  Seriously !!!! Is there no one to speak with? I have tried multiple times to upgrade my account. The site goes through the process for entering credit card info and then only charges $0.00 dollars. I still not have access to upgraded services. Even the bank does not have your number. how can a legitimate business not have a phone number? Guess I will try survey monkey if Crowd signal does not want my business. No issues when you were PollDaddy….Big mess now!
