What is your Account Recovery Procedure?

  I have just been charged £84 by WordPress 28th January yet I have been unable to access https://www.wordpress.com/naturalsenseideas.com for several months as every time I have tried I have been told it doesn’t exist. I have tried so many ways to access it and log in that I need to set it all up again or request a refund. PLEASE HELP. I cannot afford to throw £84 away.
