  My main domain bellevillenewtech.com will not display because an old domain that is redirecting to it, bntparents.com, has not been renewed. I do not wish to renew the old domain and have paid for my main domain that can not be accessed. What do I need to do to get access to my main domain.

  The domain in question is owned by another WordPress.com user account, not wilseyscott. If you can request the cancellation from the correct user account, I will be happy to remove it for you.
