what it means by comment followers?

  what does the API “/sites/$site/stats/comment-followers” returns? how can I follow a comment?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  When someone comments on your blog they have the option to follow that comment. They become a comment follower and receive notifications about any other comments on that post.
