What Kind of Account Should We Use?

  We are a governmental entity in the State of Ohio, United States of America. We could find no reference to the kind of account you expect a governmental entity to set up. What kind of account should we be using?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
