What kind of help do I need to ask for in order to get some help?

A few times, during the last several days I have posted about how my blog keeps going blank! The stats are there (however, I am not sure they are accurate) but all my blog posts and pics (the different menu/pages too) are all gone! Then I try again and they are there. Then later they are gone. I NEED ASSISTANCE!

I see that none of your first four topics here over a period of three days have been responded to thus far. Sorry about that. It’s a bit unusual, but not too unexpected, as the volume of topics posted every day here is high, and the majority of them are initially fielded by volunteers who live in various timezones and work on their own schedules.
In cases where the visibility of your website fluctuates in the manner you’ve described in several topics here: changed in appearance, gone, back to normal, gone again, and so forth, the issue is typically caused by local problems: perhaps an old or corrupt browser, browser cache needing cleaning, connectivity issues, etc. However, it’s possible that there may be compatibility issues between the device or browser you’re using to visit the site, and the theme presently activated on the site.
What kind of device or devices have you been using to view https://beautifulyouinsideandout.wordpress.com/, and what browser(s) or app(s)?

My Dell Desktop, several different smart phones and my iPad.
This morning, some people were able to view it. A little later, they, nor me, was able to and it has been gone for several hours.

I apologize for the delay here! It looks like there was actually a duplicate blog issue on your account causing the blank site to appear. I’ve removed the duplicate blog. Can you let me know if your site address beautifulyouinsideandout.wordpress.com is now working correctly?

It actually did work tonight! I thought it was just “one of the times that it would work” but maybe it is because you fixed it! I will keep you updated (on this thread) if it happens again!
