If you use Gmail check under the social tab for it please. I tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

More often than not, these arrive under the Social tab as Timethief mentioned. Can you double-check there? I just sent another email. If you don’t receive it, let me know!

it doesn’t show up in my social tab. I have my gmail forwarded to Outlook could that have anything to do with it?

That might indeed be the issue. I confirmed that we are sending the email. Just to confirm, you’ve logged directly into Gmail, correct?
