What paid tier do I need

    I have a client who wants to:
    – write a blog
    – have it publishable on their own domain
    – edit the css

    I want to be able to:
    – edit css
    – edit blog posts
    – add my own designs if necessary (perhaps not too important)
    – work in a text editor if needed

    What should I get? The free option isn’t a possibility is it?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You can view the features for each of the plans here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    A free plan will not allow you to edit the CSS or to use a custom domain name. There are a lot of themes available for use with WordPress.com however, you cannot use a custom theme here, only with a WordPress.org site.
