what password to use for new users?

    I’m trying to add new a new user – his name is Sam Farncombe – to my site. Username, Email, First Name and Last Name are logical requests.
    It then asks for ‘Website’, and when I click in the box, it springs up my own name, and then highlights a series of black dots in the password box (which is presumably my password, though I don’t know how to check, becuase it’s just black dots…?)
    So
    1. why would my name appear as the Website? I’m not a Website
    2. why would Sam Farncombe be given my password?
    I hope there’s a smart person out there who can tell me what to do. This seems illogical…
    IBe nice if Word Press could sort out this customers problem now.
