  What plan am I? business? Personal? I ask because I am trying to integrate a mailchimp form in our wordpress.

  That doesn’t appear to be a valid URL. If you are talking about a WordPress.com site then to use the MailChimp plugin you would need to be on Business plan.
  However, the MailChimp subscriber pop-up form can be used with any plan including the free plan. https://en.support.wordpress.com/mailchimp/
  PS: You can check which plan you are on easily by clicking on “My Sites” “Plan” middle left.
