What plan do I need to be able to download plugins like Page Builder and Revolution Slider?

  I would like to know what plan I need to be able to download plugins outside of the plugins included. I manage websites for work golfmill.com and pompanociticentre.com and I would like to be able to make them like those sites.

  It sounds like you need to move over to WordPress.org. The free WordPress.com doesn’t allow such customisation.
