What plan do I need to upload this theme?

  I’d like to use a theme from this site:

  Mesmerize: it’s time to craft magnetic WordPress websites

  Do I need the business plan to do that or is it also possible with the premium plan?

  You’ll need to Business plan to upload third party themes.
