What plan is required to install WPML?

    I want to set up a simple site to test WPML as a plug in. Which plan do I need to subscribe to to be able to install WPML?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there, If you are upgrading from a free WordPress.com website, you can purchase the Personal plan for this.

    But you can also use Playground for testing WordPress without needing to purchase anything here.
