What plan is the best plan to choose for a new blogger?

  This is my first blog and I am on the fence with which plan to choose. I have a limited budget starting out but want to choose the plan that would jump start my blog without breaking the bank (If that makes sense). Also, if I choose a plan today, and decide to go with another plan, would I just pay the difference in the amount?

  Sounds like you got it!

  Let’s say that you chose the Personal Plan but later wanted to move up to the Premium Plan.

  Depending on how close you are to your Personal Plan’s expiration date you should only pay the difference in cost between the two plans.
