What plan to use

  Trying to find out which plan works for me. I want to build a Homeowners association web site. Will the personal plan work? Also, trying to figure out a total monthly/yearly cost. The plan is $8 per month, and the domain is $18 per year. Is there anything else? I’m assuming the $8 is hosting and use of design software.
