What plugin do I use to upload a podcast to my site?

  Hello,

  I am currently going to do a podcast on nintendostation.wordpress.com and either using adioboo or spreacker to make the podcast but what plugin do I have to use to upload it to my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WorPress.com blogs and we bloggers can’t install plugins for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install plugins. Only those with WordPress.org installs can use plugins http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I’m so sorry but we Volunteers have very little information and knowledge of any podcasting issues and how to address them.
