What plugins do I need to migrate from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I’m trying to migrate my blog onto a self-hosted system however I can’t seem to find a list of what plugins I need to complete the migration successfully.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The jetPack Plug-in should do most of what you want – it is designed by WordPress.COM for blogs that are migrating from .COM to a .ORG install
