What should I do?

Hello everyone. My wp account is premium. WordPress doesn’t allow premium accounts to upload a template that has been bought from other websites. Plus the webhost Ive bought is from automattic, INC. How can I use the host (web space) for installing my own templates?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You would need to upgrade to a Business plan. But are you sure that theme (or something very similar) isn’t already available right here at WordPress.com?

As @themagicrobot correctly pointed out, you would need the WordPress.com Business plan to upload a theme you purchased elsewhere.
The WordPress.com Premium plan gives you access to many premium themes from our theme showcase. Please click here to browse the Premium themes included in your plan. Feel free to let me know if anything piques your interest. :)
If you’d still like to use the theme you purchased elsewhere (What’s the theme called, by the way?), you may consider upgrading to the WordPress.com Business plan. This plan also includes other advanced hosting features, such as real-time automatic backups with one-click restores, staging sites that let you test new themes and plugins on a separate site without affecting the live one, SSH, SFTP, and more.
