What should I do if an import failed? Error code 502?

Hi! I tried to import a WordPress export file from Squarespace five days ago, but it failed. I received an email from WordPress saying, ‘Please contact support, mention error code 502, and we’ll get everything fixed’ — any suggestions on my next step? Thanks!
