What should i do, if i don't get a refund?

  I register a domain in wordpress.com at Nov 17th 2014 (Receipt ID7505425). I cancel the registration next day. By the wordpress.com policy I should have got my refund with in next week. But unfortunately still (today 01/10/2015) I don’t get my refund. What should I do?

  It appears the refund for Domain Mapping of fixitcomputerconsultancy.com was processed in the form of WordPress.com credits and not in a return of funds to your bank account.

  This normally happens when errors occur with the mapping or registration process, so you can re-attempt the upgrade purchase using the credits without being billed a 2nd time.
