What simple theme should I use to include a gallery?

  I have 20 photos that I want to post in a gallery or maybe in a carousel, but the theme I’m using doesn’t have any links to “gallery” or “carousel.” I’m such a newby that I don’t even know what theme I’m using.

  A simpler way to put this:
  Is my theme preventing me from having a gallery?

  or
  How can I have a blog with a gallery?

  Any blog here wearing any theme can have galleries. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/ The Gallery button will only show up in the Image Uploader after you’ve uploaded a number of images to the same post or page and clicked the “Save all changes” button at the bottom of the image uploader.   The default display behavior for any Gallery is the Photo Carousel, unless you’ve disabled it under Settings>Media.

  Fortunately I’m also using Triton Lite on my photography blog (gammagirl) so you can see it “in action”.
