What specific steps should I take to delete one of two blogs I have?

  I do not understand the “customer support” instructions.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  1. Log in to your blog administration
  2.Click on Tools and then Delete site
  3. Click on: Permanently delete my site’s address and content
  4. An email will be sent to you
  5. Log into your email and open message send from wordress (info about deleting site)
  6. Click on the link provided in message

  And that’s it your blog is deleted.
  WARNING: Once deleted you can’t get it back
