What switch or where to look to resolve this?

    The formatting shown me in the administrative view and preview is not posted to the public through the https://www.actionawarehouseaccories.com permalink and the menu items do not display the pages as formated. I am frustrated and confused

    My provider is Green Geeks, however, it is a WordPress.com subscription. It is a simple problem that I am seeking a solution to. Everyone appears to be passing the buck on to the next.

    Why is the formating that I see in an administrative window not posting properly to the public? Rather than this:

    Which plug-in or setting needs to be addressed to resolve this. This is to be an income generating website and at present it is unable to do so.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Green Geeks.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
