Hi there,
The site you’re referring http://www.actionawarehouseaccessories.com is not hosted on WordPress.com but instead, a site using the open-source WordPress software.
Here in this forum, we provide support for WordPress.com Users.
To get help for your site, please visit the below link:

My provider is Green Geeks, however, it is a WordPress.com subscription. It is a simple problem that I am seeking a solution to. Everyone appears to be passing the buck on to the next.
Why is the formating that I see in an administrative window not posting properly to the public? Rather than this:
We have this:
Which plug-in or setting needs to be addressed to resolve this. This is to be an income generating website and at present it is unable to do so.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Green Geeks.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, the issue appears to be with the theme you’re using, so I recommend reaching out to their support about this via https://wordpress.org/support/theme/sinatra/ first.
