What the heck am I doing?

I’ve been wanting to start an online blog & e-commerce store for quite sometime. Ive tried in several ways. Wix, Blogger, Squarespace, WordPress, etc. Ive even purchased a domain name hellorizzo.com but nothing comes up when you go to it.
This is all a foreign language to me. So do i have to learn coding in order to just post my blogs, vlogs, and art for sale? I just want people to be able to visit my site and navigate to find out more info about me and how i create art and learn how to do it themselves.

https://wordpress.com/support/ecommerce-plan/You don’t need to learn code. You can edit using the Visual Editor, which should be the default. If you’re having trouble finding that, click on the three dots at the top of the page in the editor and click ‘visual editor’. Is this not working for you?
