  I paid $30 for a yearly subscription in June last year. I’ve been able to complete a completely custom designed website using a manipulated template.

  Now it’s FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS? WHAT?!?!?!

  PLEASE EXPLAIN THE JUSTIFICATION.

  No wonder WordPress is failing!!!!!!!!

  1) WordPress.COM is not failing

  2)

  publicysemedia.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  We need the URL of the site you need help with to give you accurate help

  $ 500.- for what? The most expensive single upgrade at WordPress.COM is $ 299.- unless you are in the VIP program and that starts at about $ 30,000 / year

  So we need more info to help you

  and all caps is rude shouting –

  Also your account is only 5 hours old so you could not have purchased any subscription with it in June of last year – so the REAL account would also help to get you accurate help

  I will also flag this for the staff to review your account if you post enough info as noted above for them to help

  Hi there – You’ve deleted your site on WordPress.com and I don’t see any upgrades on your account. Where were you seeing this $500 message? The Custom Design upgrade is still $30.00 per blog per year.
