what theme does the website "Grindspaces.com" use?

I want to start my blog and “Grindspaces.com” is what I’m looking for. Can you please help me find a theme that will let me customize colour, text, font, headers, menues.. i’d like to have photo galleries and videos.

You’d need the custom design upgrade to customize all of those things. If you don’t want to use Vimeo or YouTube, and want to upload video directly to your blog, you’ll need the videopress and space upgrades as well.
That site isn’t even a WordPress site at all.

That site is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. this is the link for the WordPress.org support forums http://wordpress.org/support/The premium theme forums are at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/ with separate sections for each theme. http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/forefront

When you purchase a premium theme you get support direct form the theme designer in the forum specifically set up for the theme.
