I’ve seen the theme blow on a site and i really like and wondering if anyone has seen it and where can I buy it.

This site is a wordpress.COM hosted blog
http://peehead.wordpress.com/You cannot install any custom theme or any third party theme into any wordpress.COM hosted blog and there is no upgrade that changes that. The “add new theme” option does not exist on any WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You are confusing WordPress.ORG software with WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

not sure what you have seen but I’m after buying the theme anywhere on the internet for a self hosted site but I would like to have these themes.

To use either of the themes on the sites you point to, requires paying a web host and setting up a wordpress.ORG software install.
