What theme should use to replicate this website?

This is my non WordPress website which I wish to replicate and continue as a WordPress site. But I can’t figure out which WordPress theme to use (happy to purchase one). The key feature I am looking for is the grid of thumbnail pictures where each individual picture links to a dedicated page related to the picture. Using the Insert Gallery function does not allow individual pictures to be linked – just the gallery as a whole.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If what you are intending is to move you content into a wordpress.COM hosted blog then know that themes cannot be transferred and that theme does not exist here at WordPress.COM.
