  Hello everyone,
  Could someone please identify the theme used for this website. It seems that this is a customized site, but what was used as a base ? Or could someone suggest a very similar theme ?

  This is the WordPress.com support forum that’s only for those with free hosted WordPress.com blogs. The only themes we free hostde WordPress.com bloggers can use are found here > http://theme.wordpress.com/ That theme is not available here at WordPress.com and we have no FTP access and cannot upload any thrid party themes.
