What time should I log on the the Webinar if I live in Florida, 7pm EST?

  I guess I should have added, 07:oopm meaning for EST, HST, AKST, PST, MST, CST, EST?
  It sounds like I’m trying to be contrary, but I live in Florida, USA and I’m just trying to figure out what time of day I should be logging on to the webinar since I live in Florida.
