I’m having multiple problems accessing my account. The latest is when I enter the primary domain name as the URL, I get a message that says: This is probably not the site you are looking for! It says “instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as “.wordpress.com”… this is interesting since I have my own domain name not a .wordpress.com domain name. What do I do to fix this?
Maybe it is because I have changed the primary domain name and the one that I started the site with has expired because I didn’t want it any more. I thought that assigning a new primary domain would take care of that. Maybe not? how can I fix this problem?
I appreciate any help you can give me on this!

What’s the address of the blog where you encounter this issue?
Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Internet Explorer?
Otherwise try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below:

Hi Happiness Engineer! Just the name makes me happy! :)
I use Chrome. The address is “enlightenedvibes.com”.
I clear out my cache regularly… but I noticed that I wasn’t clearing the cookies. I did that and I got rid of the problem where it said that it wasn’t the site I was looking for.It still comes up with a black page that says that my domain has expired. Yes, the domain I originally signed up with has expired as I don’t want it any more. I have also cancelled it. My current primary domain is enlightedvibes.com and it says it has been deactivated until I renew or cancel…. I DID cancel the original one. At some level it doesn’t seem to be accepting that I made that change. Can you please fix it? I am getting annoyed. :) Happiness, happiness, happiness, happiness, happiness……..

Yes, please make sure it is the one with the hyphen. Also, I have several other domain names (ok… so I couldn’t make up my mind… but wordpress made a lot of money on all my domain purchases! ). I plan to let several of them expire. Will I have this same problem as they expire?
Thanks so much for your help! When I can get into my site without the messages and black screen, I will be filled with the happiness you offer!

The domain has been removed as requested. You should not see any message again.
You can cancel other domains or disable auto-renewal at https://enlightenedmedotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades . There are two other domains that are expiring so please renew or cancel them.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

Thank you for removing it. Just so you know, I did cancel those other two domains yesterday. When I left that page it said “Cancellation pending”… which I thought must mean that they will cancel on the date they expire.
So, I went in and cancelled them again today. They now say Cancellation Pending again. I don’t understand what that means and if I need to do anything else to assure that they are cancelled. Please let me know if I need to do anything else.
Thanks again for your help! I appreciate Happiness Engineers!
