  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted. As the problem is located in your theme, you could start by contacting their support.

  I notice your php version is the bare minimum. Current adviced php version is 8 and up.

  ok thanks, i will contact theme support first, about the php version, do I also have to log in to the dashboard to update it?
