What to do if i can’t log in to the dashboard

Howdy!
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Blocksy.
First, visit your website (https://www.npnewpulsation.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.npnewpulsation.com/2030/?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=SAmTICs17xSr8EWDCBNicD&rm_key=9QVCGotkDgCeVsmzCzRFm3) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special ‘recovery mode’. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.2.3
Active theme: Blocksy Child (version )
Current plugin: (version )
PHP version 7.4.16Error Details

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted. As the problem is located in your theme, you could start by contacting their support.
I notice your php version is the bare minimum. Current adviced php version is 8 and up.

ok thanks, i will contact theme support first, about the php version, do I also have to log in to the dashboard to update it?

Hey, @newpulsation2023!
Hello! 👋🏼
I checked your site, and it looks like it is a self-hosted WordPress site, not hosted on WordPress.com (you can read about the differences here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/).
You can find more details on your hosting provider here: https://whohosts.pro/npnewpulsation.com
💡 Please note — this forum is for WordPress.com sites, and we can’t provide help for self-hosted WordPress sites.
I suggest asking your question in the WordPress.org support forum:
There is an excellent community of WordPress.org users who can help you.

Hello, teachers. I also encountered a problem:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare blocksy_default_akg() (previously declared in /www/wwwroot/campmors.com/wp-content/plugins/blocksy-companion/framework/helpers/blocksy-integration.php:123) in /www/wwwroot/campmors .com/wp-content/themes/blocksy/inc/helpers.php on line 120
As a result, I cannot access my WP backend, what should I do? I have absolutely no idea where the problem lies! sad. . .
