  Just trying to buy premium. Clicked buy like 1000X. Looked for a number or any contact info & NADA. Like you really want me to pay you & you can’t even take a payment or a phone call. You just want the easy $. Not really who I want to give my $ to. But my webmaster is sitting there at $20 a hour needing this stupid thing I can’t buy. I put a video up on twitter @xxxGUDAxxx if you think I’m a idiot. You can watch me click & click & click……..

  You cannot purchase any upgrade for a WordPress.COM hosted blog unless you have registered one to apply the upgrade to. Have you done that yet?

  When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.

  After you register the blog you can navigate to the the My Upgrades page and purchase a premium bundle of upgrades for the blog.

  Upgrades can be purchased only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Store > My Upgrades

  Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/

  Your options for payment are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

  I am the hater of everything convoluted. Never should there be a button that says “click me to buy” & nothing happens.
