What to import from a database to move it to a new site ?

  Hi ,
  I have recently purchased a wordpress database from a site with alot of features. However I only need the posts and the categories because there are also ratings and views etcs which I don`t need. Can you please tell me what main tables to export from the purchased database to add to my newly installed database ?
